IBEW Local 38 is actively looking for workers and contractors who perform VDV work to come in and sign up, and get involved with this exciting new and growing industry in the Greater Cleveland Area.

Acceptance into are State Certified Apprenticeship Program.
If you have experience working in the VDV industry as a journeyperson, outside of the IBEW, then you may register in person on our "out of work" list. We will refer you to a Union Shop when requests for technicians are received.
If you are currently employed and all of your co-workers want union representation, then an IBEW Local 38 Membership Development Representative can help you seek recognition from the employer and bring the whole shop into membership. Currently there are needs in the security / access control and in the audio / visual sector.
